1. 适用与效力。下载、安装或使用本软件，即表示您接受本协议。本软件为 Isaac 的专有、仅二进制免费软件，并非开源软件；除本协议明确授予的权利外，所有权利均予保留。中英文版本如有冲突，以中文版本为准。
2. 有限授权。Isaac 授予您全球范围、免许可费、非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的有限权利，仅可使用未经修改、从官方 Releases 页面获得的二进制。个人可为自己的设备进行必要安装和合理备份。组织可在内部免费使用；仅同一法人授权的 IT 管理员可向该法人拥有或控制的设备进行必要部署。
3. 限制。您不得建立内部镜像、下载门户、软件仓库或其他重新托管入口；不得向另一法人、客户、员工的私人设备或第三方交付副本。不得修改、改编、制作衍生版本、反编译、反汇编或逆向工程本软件，但适用法律中不可放弃或不可排除的权利不受本协议限制。不得出售、出租、转售、再许可、收费分发、捆绑、镜像、重新托管，或通过应用商店、包管理器或其他分发渠道提供本软件；不得删除任何通知或权利声明。
4. 链接分享。您只能分享官方仓库 Releases 页面或某个官方 Release 页面的普通链接。平台功能允许查看或 Fork 本仓库，不等于取得应用源代码、二进制修改权或再分发权。
5. 非官方与商标。本软件是独立的非官方工具，与 OpenAI 不存在隶属、合作、授权、赞助或背书关系。OpenAI、Codex 及其他第三方名称和商标归其各自权利人所有。
6. 反馈。您提交的建议、问题描述或反馈，Isaac 可免费、无需通知地评估、使用、修改和实施；该反馈不会赋予您修改或分发本软件的权利。
7. 无担保与责任限制。本软件按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，在适用法律允许的最大范围内不提供任何明示、默示或法定担保。对于因使用或无法使用本软件产生的任何损失，Isaac 在适用法律允许的最大范围内不承担责任；法律强制规定的责任不受影响。

1. Scope and acceptance. By downloading, installing, or using this software, you accept this agreement. The software is Isaac’s proprietary, binary-only freeware and is not open source; all rights not expressly granted are reserved. If the Chinese and English versions conflict, the Chinese version controls.
2. Limited license. Isaac grants a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited right to use only unmodified binaries obtained from the official Releases page. An individual may make necessary installations and reasonable backups for that individual’s devices. An organization may use the software internally without charge; only authorized IT administrators of the same legal entity may make necessary deployments to devices owned or controlled by that entity.
3. Restrictions. You may not create internal mirrors, download portals, software repositories, or other rehosting entry points; deliver copies to another legal entity, customer, an employee’s personal device, or any third party. You may not modify, adapt, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by non-waivable applicable law. You may not sell, rent, resell, sublicense, distribute for a fee, bundle, mirror, rehost, or distribute the software through an app store, package manager, or other channel; nor may you remove any notices or rights statements.
4. Link sharing. You may share only a normal link to the official repository Releases page or a specific official Release page. Platform features that allow this repository to be viewed or forked do not grant application source code, binary modification, or redistribution rights.
5. Unofficial status and marks. This software is an independent, unofficial utility and has no affiliation, cooperation, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with OpenAI. OpenAI, Codex, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Feedback. Isaac may evaluate, use, modify, and implement suggestions, issue descriptions, or feedback you submit without charge or notice. Feedback does not grant you any right to modify or distribute the software.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability. The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express, implied, or statutory warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isaac is not liable for loss arising from use of or inability to use the software; mandatory liability imposed by law is unaffected.
8. Termination, survival, severability, and entire agreement. The license terminates automatically on breach. Restrictions, reservations of rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. This agreement is the entire agreement concerning the software unless Isaac agrees otherwise in writing.
