Describe your problem in detail.
The data were acquired with monopolar diffusion sensitisation. This should result in explicit extraction of those b=0's that appear prior to any DWIs, providing those to dwifslpreproc via the -se_epi option. But the terminal messages suggest that -se_epi option is not being provided to dwifslpreproc for these data, despite the fact that "DiffusionScheme": "Monopolar" is present in all input DWI JSONs.
