Very small word durations become impossible to select

If a word has a very small duration it becomes impossible to select. You become required to extend the duration of the word before you can move it around.

At a minimum there should be a few pixels which you can select to move around the word.
To ensure that you can always extend the duration of a word we can move the zone where you can extend a words duration a few pixels outside the word if there aren't any words adjacent to it.

I took a swing at this in #80 by enforcing a 24px minimum on-screen block width with a hatched indicator. It overlapped neighbouring words at any reasonable zoom level on already-synced projects, since most words are well under 0.24s and the floor pushed every block past its neighbour. Reverted in a subsequent commit...

The root problem is that the resize handles can't extend past the block itself. Maybe two ideas worth trying next here:

1. Spillover handles. When a word has no neighbour on one side, let the resize handle extend a few pixels outside the block. Think this is what you suggested in the issue body. Although in practice, it ends up with weird side effects.. Not throwing this off completely though, I would love your thoughts on this. This also means that for spillovers, the other words overlapping handle becomes hard to select and if its blocked on both sides, neighbour's handles becomes "uncatchable"

2. Adaptive handle size. Shrink the handle width with the block instead of keeping it at 8px, so even a 4px block has a 1-2px hit zone. Maybe pair with a hover state that grows the hit zone on approach?
