Background images not loading on iOS12

I don't know when exactly it happened, but I think the background images are not compatible with IOS12 any more.
It's not working since about 1-2 weeks.
I don't know if it was a HA update or changed images.

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. I can say that it started happening after the Core update. On the iPad (iOS 12.5.7) that I use as a dashboard, the background color appears gray, even though I tried different browsers.

In the meantime I have circumvented the problem by converting the background images to png and storing them locally using the altenative skins.

Sorry, forget the thing about the alternative skins.
I implanted the png background in every panel used on the ios12 devices by hand.
