TODO: decide a simple default approach for handling assets

Just keeping a note for some common tasks that are not already handled by the skeleton

• For application, probably we can use copy plugin, Aurelia logo image, and an image element with absolute path pointing to it.
• For plugin, I'm not sure

is all we need now but our loader for HTML does not work properly.
