Not supported on Debian Bookworm

Despite "ztop does not guarantee any specific MSRV. Rather, it guarantees compatibility with the oldest rustc shipped in the package collection of each supported operating system." it won't work on Debian Bookworm:
lock file version 4 was found, but this version of Cargo does not understand this lock file, perhaps Cargo needs to be updated?

Do you package software for Debian? Do you know what Rust version it needs? I general, it's not an MSRV violation if a crate fails to build with a specific Cargo.lock file. Supporting a given MSRV only requires that the crate must build with some Cargo.lock file that satisfies the dependencies in Cargo.toml.

Sorry, i have no experience with Rust. After running cargo generate-lockfile cargo build throws error: package anstream v0.6.18 cannot be built because it requires rustc 1.66.0 or newer, while the currently active rustc version is 1.63.0.
I guess there's not much you can do about this :)

That's the latest version of anstream. To downgrade it, you'll have to do something like cargo +1.66.0 update -p anstream --precise 0.6.7. And then you'll probably have to repeat that for many other crates. Is 1.66.0 really the newest Rust compiler that can be used in Debian packages? It's more than 2 years old.

If anyone is interested, until the dev publishes a compiled bin on the repo, I've forked this and published the compiled binary and instructions for deploying it to proxmox (or any deb based system for that matter)
