Update rugby model and add new variant (#10)

* update code to generate rugby inferencedata

* add variant of the rugby model

more hierarchy and multiple 3d+4d variables after sampling.
The model doesn't really improve over the original one,
but it will be very useful for examples and tests of the
new plotting functionality in arviz-plots.

* update json with rugby variant

* update data_remote json to have updated rugby dataset

* Add extra indexes to dataset

* Use http for replacement to https in arviz to work
