Onboarding tweaks

After user-testing I've updated some steps of the onboarding to be easier to understand:

• intro screen with clear separation of start new org vs. open existing
• added "Connect account" for connecting an Ethereum provider
• explanation of what the templates like "Token project with democracy" are (with links to further in-depth tutorial)
• voting parameter setup screen with slider, good defaults and explanation of each parameter
• Summary screen in the end to confirm the org creation
• Pending animation in the end when tx's are being mined, with link to etherscan, as well as an indication of time

Quick thing: I think that the network chooser should be before choosing your Ethereum account, as you may have different addresses depending on the network (Frame does that, for example)

Apart from that, huge improvement 👍

Awesome! Another thing we may want to include when we make these tweaks is to change to only using a single transaction.

thanks for the comments! Will swap over the network chooser first, and if we can combine the 2 tx in the end, we can just lose the other tick on the final screen
