I used these kinds of plasma widgets for a long time now. I prefer you're widget over others especially because of the mouse-drag action feature to create a unity desktop like setup.
The last thing missing is the ability to Window title without the application name as Window title source. Just to clarify:
The whole window title is: "New Issue - Firefox"
I want to use just the "New Issue" as window title source.
In that case I would use two instances of that widget. The first left of the global menu with just the application name. The second one after the global menu with the rest of the window title. That is just to clarify a use case for that.
With that feature the application name would be there twice on my setup.
