Can connect to the VPN server but no ping and internert routing

I installed Openvpn server using script on Ubuntu 24.04 on Racknerd VPS. Can connect from client to the server. However I cannot ping from client to the server and vice versa. And no routing of internet traffic.

Used the same script on other VPS provider, worked without problem.

Can you suggest where to look to troubleshoot the problem.

Just an update to the issue, sharing my observation.
Server: Ubuntu 24.04.3 on VPS
Client: Windows 11

Connection from client to the server is establishing fine. No ping from client to the servers private IP, but there is a ping from client to servers public ip.
