These are tiny notes on things to fix that aren't really worth a separate issue (vague, but hey). In no particular order: - [ ] Kind names have to be element + digits for parsing to work. In principle you can name a kind _anything_, but I'm not sure we can/want to support that? - [ ] Periodic boundary conditions cannot really be parsed from the outputs, unless we start considering vacuum etc?
