Better Combat Particle 1.21.1 crash

I am using the latest version available - yes

Describe the bug
When launched on NeoForge, Minecraft crashes and reports an error about the mod being for fabric, even though modrinth shows all loaders are available.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

2. An error occurred while loading

Expected behavior
Normal performance on Neoforge
