[funkwhale-beat] refuse to start correctly

as mentionned , funkwhale-beat is crashing:

i already tried to force upgrade as suggered in #282,
but upgrade is broken #284

When funkwhale-beat fails to start, you don’t have to upgrade all funkwhale (that’s only needed when after an upgrade from a major debian version eg 11 -> 12).
Here, normally, following command by cli should be sufficient:
mv /var/www/funkwhale/api/celerybeat-schedule.db /var/www/funkwhale/api/celerybeat-schedule_old.db

what is the root issue ? do you have an idea why i need to wipe celerybeat-schedule.db , and could i automate this ?

No I don't know, somtimes it happens to every x days, sometimes nothing for months... it's an upstream issue I think
