New assertion command for expected HTTP 403 response

To write a test case that asserts that a "not authorized" message appears, it is necessary to be able to handle this as an assert.
Currently, Wetator shows an error:
Action for control 'Login' (id='f:j_id22') (name='f:j_id22')? fails with server error '403 Forbidden for ​https://XXXXXX'.

We need the same behavior in our application. We want to make sure a user can only follow a link if he has been successfully authenticated before. The shown error is still (Milestone V 0.9.15.beta7) equal as the one mentioned above, even that our http-code is 401:
