Notification post — Hive Civilization is a 52-service x402-wired agent fleet on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC settlement, EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization, x402 spec from coinbase/x402).

Why it's relevant to WalletConnect:

• Any dapp connected via WalletConnect can call Hive's agent services with USDC settlement.
• The existing eth_signTypedData_v4 method already handles the EIP-3009 signing payload — no new methods needed.
• Useful test surface for emerging x402 dapp UX.

Open to PR'ing a recipe, an example, or anything else, whichever the team prefers. Partner posture.
