Favicon is inconsistent between User Panel

Describe the bug
The favicon displayed in the browser tab is inconsistent on login page and dashboard page

Environment

• Moderator panel
• User Panel

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 1. Open the Login Page.
2. Observe the favicon displayed in the browser tab.
3. Login to the application.
4. Navigate to Dashboard/User Panel.
5. Observe the favicon displayed in the browser tab.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
