There could be internet access presets based on instalation source. Not in a nuanced per tracker way, just internet access toggle. For example blocking internet access by default for sideloaded apps (installed apk's) and allow internet access for apps from stores, like f-droid, google play, etc. For example user could choose list of trusted installers, and in future all apps from that installers would have internet, and all other wont.
