Hi, this is usually due to the coordinate system difference. The simplest way to fix the "floating" issue is to calculate a height offset based on the lowest vertex of the mesh to ground it.

You can try something like this:

k3d = body_model({"rot6d": rot6d, "trans": trans})
height_offset = k3d.vertices[..., 1].min()
k3d.vertices[..., 1] -= height_offset

This should align the lowest point of the sequence to the ground plane (Y=0).
