I'm afraid we don't yet support Swift 6.4 projects. If your manifest can be rolled back to Swift 6.3 (even if you use new SDKs) then we can get it into the index. Otherwise, we'll leave this issue open until we do support 6.4.

I'm afraid this repo must require Swift 6.4 because it use the latest platform annotations (OS(.v27)...). However I will be grateful if you can accept this repo after Swift 6.4 support!
