Install without admin in windows

Not a good idea

Why? Stellarium is just a visualization program, not a system management one, not something critical. It should be able to be installed without an admin privileges, or even carried as a portable program.

It also requires change DefaultDirName={pf}\Stellarium to DefaultDirName={autopf}\Stellarium and both options are valid for InnoSetup 6 (Qt6 in our case). InnoSetup 5 doesn't known about PrivilegesRequiredOverridesAllowed option.

So, possible solutions:

• Stopped building Qt5-based package and updating ISS script to full IS6-compliant
• Split generating ISS script for both versions - 5 and 6 - via cmake (I'm not sure that it's possible without hacks)

P.S. I don't know how to test results of possible changes

Just 3 steps.

1. add “PrivilegesRequiredOverridesAllowed=commandline"
2. test with "setup.exe /currentuser". No effect when click and setup.
3. replace with “PrivilegesRequiredOverridesAllowed=dialod", if testing passed.

@iamsurfing is it a joke? InnoSetup5 knows nothing about PrivilegesRequiredOverridesAllowe option and he will stop working when this option is finding in ISS file.
