Page Fails to Advance After 0:00

Documenting user complaints:

• "Task page was time 0:00, So I have refresh the page result when thank you."
• "it had problem during work.i finished 3 round and timer show 00:00 ,so i refresh the page . this work is finished on uncomplete and cant get the bonus"
• "during working survey, after 3rd round timer show 00:00. i waited for a several minute but not responded .so i reload the page.survey was concluded on incompleted work."
• "When i was completed third round waiting for next round but timer shows 0.00. So i will follow these instructions then click reload page but unfortunately page was concluded."

There used to be a previous similar bug: #480

However, that was a much more frequent bug: due to a memory issue with Dynamic Team Rounds, it would happen almost every time. This particular bug manifests similarly but is far more rare. Additionally, some refreshes seem to fix the issue, but other refreshes do not.
