Composer Deprecated for upcoming composer 2

Hello we are on Magento 2.3.6 with module retailer in version 1.6.0 => "smile/module-retailer-offer": "1.6.0"

And when we "composer install" it say this warning

    W: Deprecation Notice: Class Smile\Retailer\Controller\Adminhtml\Category\Image\Upload located in ./vendor/smile/module-retailer/Controller/Adminhtml/Retailer/Image/Upload.php does not comply with psr-4 autoloading standard.
