I found your comment in a discussion of this challenge,you said ‘This was getting around 0.015 on the original test data’.could you tell me the size of your test dataset or validation dataset?I want to make improvement based on your excellent work.Thanks!

Hi yaoqinchuan,

Kaggle provided test data you could test your model on during stage 1 of the competition. For some reason, the test data was mixed in with the rest of the training dataset that you download from the Kaggle website, so you have to separate it out yourself.

You can tell whether a file is meant for training or testing by checking if the file is in stage1_labels.csv (test data has no labels). In util.py I wrote a method called "find_test_data" to move the test data into a new directory for me. I believe there should be exactly 100 scans used for testing in the stage 1 files.
