Cannot open OneNote in SEB

Describe the bug
OneNote cannot be opened in SEB. Logs says:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add OneNote to "Erlaubte Prozesse"
2. Click OneNote button in SEB Dock
3. Observe that OneNote is not opened

Expected behavior
OneNote should be opened.
