Also map `gmd:otherCitationDetails` to description

In gmd:identificationInfo the first gmd:abstract is mapped to dcterms:description, but another element (gmd:otherCitationDetails) may also contain a description.
So it would be nice if this element is also mapped

The question is to what to map it to, because description should contain only one description, possibly in multiple languages, but not more descriptions.

Maybe use dcterms:abstract, since that seems not to be used yet ...

I think this is because it was deemed that gmd:abstract in ISO/INSPIRE typically contains what is expected in the mandatory dcterms:description in the DCAT world. See also related discussion on purpose.

So would using ´ dcterms:abstractbe ok forgmd:otherCitationDetails? Or should we rather use e.g.rdfs:comment` to avoid confusion ?

Could you provide a definition of gmd:otherCitationDetails to see how it fits the definition of dcterms:abstract, which is:

A summary of the resource.

Is the value expected to be a summary? Does not seem like it from the URI, but the definition is the important thing.

Then, creating a new property with this exact definition might be appropriate.
