convergio-edu: in-product onboarding agent, tutorial plans, doctor-driven guided setup.

Blocker

The plan explicitly scopes this to a separate repository (github.com/Roberdan/convergio-edu). Not in this monorepo.

Definition of Done

• New repo bootstrapped from convergio template
• Talks to local daemon via convergio-api action contract
• First tutorial: "your first plan" + "your first gate refusal"
