Why does my house render wrong, or only halfway?

The 2.5D scene is built from your building's OpenStreetMap footprint.

First, check that your building exists on openstreetmap.org with a correct footprint. If it is missing or wrong, you can add or fix it (see the dedicated question on how to add your house), then give it time to propagate.

On some older devices, older Safari can also clip the scene so it renders only halfway. Recent versions of Helios detect those devices automatically and switch to a compatible way of drawing the ground, so the whole card renders.
