Discovered a replicable bug in the phone menu of the Pokégear. When scrolling down for a long time after the end of the available phone numbers (~150 empty entries past the end of the last phone number; emulator fast-forward recommended or around 22 seconds of holding down at normal speed), eventually the list of phone numbers appears to wrap back around to the first entry, i.e. "Mom:". However, right before the "Mom" entry there will be another phone number which is bugged. This number appears to be junk text or garbled text, it's seemingly random. Sometimes you can scroll past it to continue looping back through the numbers, and sometimes you cannot. If you scroll past this entry so it goes off screen you cannot scroll back up to it - you need to again scroll down ~150 entries to loop back around again. If you enter a new area this number changes.

The behavior of this number is random. Calling it results in 1 of 3 things:
Deleting the number generates a new bugged number which can have a different call result. Continuing to delete the new number will eventually generate a second "Mom:" number for that Pokégear session, which at that point seems to be safe since it can't be deleted and calling it works like calling "Mom".
Sometimes after calling/deleting the number if it didn't crash the game, everything appears normal. But sometimes it crashes upon exiting the Pokégear and even can alter the color pallete.
(Crashed after deleting the number and exiting Pokégear)
(Normal color pallete)
Overall I'd say this is an amusing but low priority bug since it is easily avoided by the player. It may have been unintentionally added when expanding the Pokégear phone number limit to hold every number. The fix may be to only allow scrolling up to the maximum total phone entries or preventing the numbers from rolling back to the first one.
