move logic for default listing and object profiles to use requested mediatype to profile selection query

Where no profile that constrains the classes delivered by an endpoint is found, if a mediatype has been requested, and is available in the default profile, this should be selected. This functionality was added in:

PR #397

This issue is to move the above logic into the profile selection query if possible.
