HUD elements go crazy when you change window size or GUI scale

Using the latest version of every mod. Mods used to recreate attached below. I cleared VanillaHUD and OneConfig configs beforehand too. I'm using Vulkan in the video, but the issue is on OpenGL too.

Is this fix in 3.4.4? Because the bug is still persistent. Same set of mods as before, everything is just updated to the latest version.
