Condense Function Arguments

• Remove redundancy
  • no need for specifyAcquisition, either give acquisitions as list or default to none and check that
  • Split wp.process() into process_spe and process_alpha
  • Move all plotting into separate functions, not arguments to processing functions
• Group related parameters into single structure
