Currently @pietrisko is analyzing the agreement between mRNA and protein separated out by immune subtype. What subtypes show high correlation in each subtype? W hich subtypes disagree?

I still like this idea - we can group patients by subtype then compute the mrna/prot correlation. Assigning to @LifeWorks so that he can break down the current immune subtype calculation file to add in this step.
