does absolutly nothing

I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Can't find a guide on how to set things up but found a post that showed what he did to get his to work, but it does not do it on mine. The only thing this plugin does for me is if I click what I want in the Gatgherables tab, it will take me to a location with the red flag on the map. 90% of the time I find nothing. When I enable the Gather Window, it does nothing. I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. Here is what I got. https://i.gyazo.com/7f24dbf9ae850fff8013e552d7953e9e.png

You need to actually press the + button for the Lightning Shards to be in the Gather Window. It isn't actually in the list yet.
