Sensitive content thumbnail images not blurred in case of complex objs

For example, on the parent https://oregondigital.org/concern/generics/mk61rk392, unblurred thumbs in the "Contained in this object; on the child images, "Is part of" and "Related items." The thumbs are smaller, but do they still need to be obscured? edit: Julia confirms that yes, they still need to be obscured.

@lsat12357 @lamtu1 Question: When the parent is set to blurred, children that are set to blur are blurred in Contained In This Object, but children that do not have blur are not. Is this the end goal? It makes sense to me but I don't know if this is what you discussed with Julia. See https://staging.oregondigital.org/concern/generics/7w62f828h for an example.

All children in Works and Files are blurred until the I understand button is clicked, regardless of the setting on the children.

If not blurring some thumbnails is okay, then it passes QA.

@KevinJonesMeta I implemented that way so each work will have the blur based on how they are set. So if some child works are not set to blur, then those are not affected. I just went off of what the description ticket mention based on my understanding. But we can have Julia weigh in on it.

But if we wanted that if the parent works is requested to be blur, then, I can do an all blur content from the child works based on the setting of the parent works if needed once we get it finalize. Right now it is based on the work itself how those blur work, not depended on one work or the other.

@lamtu1 yeah, you did exactly as described, it just works differently from the Works and Files section which is tied to the settings on the parent (guessing, based on observation). Will it be easier to close this ticket and revisit if needed or wait to confirm with Julia?

@KevinJonesMeta If anything, I can try and see if there's a way to add the same layout what I did here to add it to the Works & Files to have the same functionality as the one i implemented above.

@KevinJonesMeta I was able to find a way for Works & Files to display blur depend if it is a FileSet, it will depend on the works to determine the blur, but if it is a child works attach to the work, it will use the child work's permission to make it blur or not, below is the example.

The middle one is the child work, and the top one is a fileset, while the bottom one is another child work with blur active. Would you like this to be consistent throughout the implementation that I just did?
