Use datetime from GPS over mavlink for record filename

Is it possible to use datetime from FC's GPS over mavlink for record filename or even update SBC's datetime.

I guess should be possible, but there will be race conditions if one starts DVR before GPS fix... At least we can have such option

Players usually start flying and recording after GPS positioning is completed. I think this covers most scenarios.
