Obi: Opra Binary Interface

OPRA Binary Interface (OBI) is the binary wire format used by SIAC's OPRA Securities Information Processor to distribute consolidated U.S. listed options market data. The encoding hosts multiple OPRA session protocols (Regular Session, Global Trading Hours) that share the same packet header, message framing, and field-level binary representation but differ in operational scope.
