GIF, Video and Spout Input support is on the way!

Hey guys! Now I've finished implementing support for GIF, Video and Spout Input, but the video frame parsing plays slow as it does sync with time variable, maybe. One day I'll finish, doing some cleanup, refinement and I'll do a PR and commit.
