Brought project to conclusion

-Made readme reasonable to read -Decreased time it takes for a non smart color seperated color to emerge so it doesnt take 80 seconds, now only takes 21 at max before moving to next color (if it needs to, warning happens at 12 seconds.) -Added important message via RCH.Truth()
