Description

As a developer, I want Global Configuration button + Label to use DaisyUI with zoneless signals so that we have a modern, consistent styling approach.

Acceptance criteria

• Global Configuration button + Label use DaisyUI classes instead of custom SCSS
• Global Configuration button + Label work zoneless with signals
• All SCSS files related to Global Configuration button + Label are removed

Assumptions & Exclusions

This is a refactoring task focused on migrating styling and reactivity approach.

• Remove SCSS dependencies
• Implement DaisyUI classes
• Convert to zoneless signals
• Test functionality
