Clarify that the MDAnalysis AI policy applies to this repository #254

Description

@ojeda-e

At the moment, the repository does not have a clearly stated AI policy. To avoid misunderstandings, since this repository is part of the MDAnalysis organization, the MDAnalysis AI Policy also applies to membrane-curvature (see MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#5391 (comment)). This issue is not about creating a new AI policy, but rather about clearly communicating there is an AI policy.

Over the past month, this project has received several low-quality PRs from automated bots, as well as contributions that appear to be largely LLM-generated. Given this trend, it is an appropriate time to communicate expectations to current and prospective contributors. As the primary contributor and maintainer of this project, I believe it would be beneficial to clarify expectations regarding the use of LLMs and other AI tools.

It should be clear that this repository is part of the MDAnalysis organization and therefore the MDAnalysis/mdanalysis AI Policy effectively applies to membrane-curvature as well (See MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#5391 (comment)).

Personally, as the repository owner, I do not accept documentation that is primarily generated by LLMs. I think stating this explicitly would help set clear expectations and make it less confusing for contributors.
