Privacy Policy is missing

For issue #295, a privacy policy needs to be created in order to use Google APIs. It would be also good to have a privacy policy saying that we only store files in your local storage.

To reduce maintenance overhead, we have decided to remove the Google Drive integration. Privacy policy is still useful for https://marie.js.org web app.
