Feature suggestion - Overview with abilities per timing window

Maybe this is too niche and too cumbersome but here I go.

Was thinking about having a timing window overview where one can see:

1. All the timing windows. (In order as they would happen where possible)
2. Things that could potentially happen in that window. Meaning, AC, PN, Faction abilities and so forth.

Hope that makes sense. Btw the read this first before creating an issue link does not seem lead where it is supposed to so sorry if I am
not following guidelines.

Don't worry about guidelines, this is a free style project.

I can see this added under Rules section as a new page, I do think it is a good idea, but I would need someone to gather all the info and make the list for each timing window, because I know for sure, that I don't have that much time to do it myself. With kid now and busy work schedule its hard for me to find time for this and I am currently working on 2 features that I want to add to my website and there will be Codex 4 updates soon. So I am not against the idea but it will be a long shot.

Will see if I can gather the list. Sort of started already, but have two little ones and little time as well. Understand it will be a long shot no matter what :)
