Add torture to the flow

It would be good if we can also add torture to the flow as it also supports vector instructions.

For vector support on torture you'll have to use Lampro Mellon's torture fork as the pull request for ucb-bar's torture repository to add vector extension hasn't been approved as of now.
Just something to keep in mind as ucb-bar's torture repository has been stagnant for a while.
