Bug: Sidebar links overflow and hide the settings icon on 1080p screens with 125% Windows scaling

Describe the bug
When adding multiple web applications to the sidebar, the layout breaks on 1080p screens with a 125% Windows scaling factor. The sidebar lacks an internal scrollbar (overflow-y: auto), which causes the bottom links—specifically the settings gear icon—to overflow and be completely hidden underneath the bottom application version banner (Witsy v3.5.2).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Sidebar'.
2. Enable 6 or 7 web applications (e.g., Google Drive, Notebook LM, Photos, Translation, Gemini, Canva, Gamma).
3. Look at the left main sidebar.
4. See error: The settings gear icon at the very bottom disappears behind the bottom status bar unless you disable some web apps or force a 90% zoom in the app.

Expected behavior
The sidebar should either have an internal scrollbar or the icons should adapt so that critical UI items like the settings wheel always remain visible.
