We’re building the next chapter of OpenCRAVAT — and we’d love for you to be part of it!

OpenCRAVAT is an open-source platform for flexible, powerful genomic variant annotation. It’s grown because of community ideas, code, feedback, and shared datasets. Now, we’re creating a network of Community Contributors to help us keep improving.

Ways you can contribute:

Test new features and annotators before release

Suggest or develop new annotators and datasets

Improve documentation and user guides

Create tutorials, videos, or training materials

Help with outreach and community engagement
