How do I add tooltip or floating text that tells me the file path when I hover over the folder icon?

For reference, the current file path is C:\Users\Jonathan\Documents\NoMoreBorder
I remember that with the default oh my posh theme, I could hover my mouse over the folder icon, and it will show me the file path/directory. This custom theme doesn't support that. I'm not sure which part of the default theme do that.
