cache dir run amok? #6633

Hi Folks!

Quick question. Should the AppData\Local\oh-my-posh be filled with old files? I've been using OMP for a while now (🎉) and while debugging a weird PowerShell edge case (now, i know this isn't OMP's fault per se but I noticed on certain invocations of PS, OMP would dump the following:

Get-PSReadLineOption : The term 'Get-PSReadLineOption' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script
file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct
and try again.

I noticed it when a application calls "C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" but somehow launches "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" instead.)

Here I happed to catch a reference to OMP's cache dir. Out of curiosity I followed it and found over 14K cache files. Thankfully all tiny. Is this normal? Is there a config setting I missed? Should I be clearing this out by hand? Are these files best dumped in a temp dir that is routinely emptied?
