Parse config file metadata field into atrribution modal

Adding metdata in https://github.com/ISARICResearch/VERTEX-projects/issues/6

I imagine presenting this as a modal, click an info or a attribution button and you get this info parsed and displayed to the user.

There is already an issue to create a project metadata modal, and work is underway. Obviously, duplication should be avoided. If this is a different modal, then a separate issue for it makes sense.

It is a different schema, fields in one are not required for the other, indeed fields for one are specifically disallowed in the other, they could both be presented in one display though, idc. Happy for it to be closed as duplicate, just keep the link to the defined schema for reference.
