How i can deploy the "web" folder

How i can deploy only the "web" folder without restart all docker ?

If i made change to the UI how i can see this changes??

build the app again with ./build_ubuntu.sh

I know that, but that command reset all the data and docker images, i only want restart the WEB folder with the new changes without clear the blockchain data.
