Since
Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Redis and Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Redis depend on StackExchange.Redis.StrongName instead of plain StackExchange.Redis.StrongName consider:

Publish a v2 (breaking change) of Greentube.Monitoring.Redis referencing SE.Redis.StrongName
